Call for Abstracts

    The Scientific Program Committee invites all interested participants to submit abstracts.

    Note that the committee may change the preferred presentation type of papers in order to effectively organize the program. Acceptance / rejection of abstracts will be notified to the submitters on the date of notification of abstract acceptance.

Guidelines for abstract submission
  • Language: English
  • Title: A concise title not exceeding 30 words recommemded.
  • Format: Objective-Methods-Results-Conclusion
  • Length of body: 300 words
  • Authors: Do not include degrees or titles.
  • Contents: Extremely simple result with comment “The result will be discussed soon” will not be accepted.
  • Modification: Until the deadline for abstract submission
  • Withdrawal: Written request by email to kones@kored.or.kr (Head secretariat) fully required.
  • Note that fax submissions will not be accepted.
Travel grant

    Eligibility
    Travel grant applicants must meet the relevant eligibility criteria:

  • Foreigners
  • Abstract submission
  • Meeting attendance

    • Funding

  • The amount : KRW 1,000,000 ( 90,000 Yen in Japanese, 6,000 RMB in Chinese)
  • Each recipient will be provided with KRW 1.000,000 in cash at the registration site during the meeting.
